POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES Inpatient CM position at Corona Regional MC - 800 S. Main St, Corona, CA Orient at the Wildomar location - may start remote care for patients at Corona MC before moving to working there in person

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license and a passing VI

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday ; 8:00- 5:00 8 hour shifts; EOW; 40 hours
