License: RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state Compact) Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support, ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: OR charge RN experience, availability for weekend night shifts (Friday to Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM). Scrubs will be provided. Description: The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and patient care during assigned shifts. Core responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned and ensuring compliance with all policies and standards of conduct. All required certifications must be obtained upon hire unless otherwise stated. Candidates must possess a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or Bachelor's preferred).
