Travel Nurse RN - Charge Nurse - $2,218 per week in Green Bay, WI

Job Title: ICU Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Nursing Administration Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 3 Years License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Special competencies for post Cardiovascular recoveries, CRRT, and neuro patients. Description: Level II Trauma Center with 167 beds. Multi-specialty ICU with high acuity Neuro/post Cardiovascular surgery/medical/surgical/trauma ICU. CRRT experience required. No pediatrics, burns, or transplants. Patient ratios are 1:2. Skills required include trachs, vents, chest tubes, vasoactive drips, procedural recoveries, and temporary pacemakers. Support on the unit includes CNA coverage of 1:12 and a charge nurse who does not take an assignment. Centralized telemonitoring is available with a dedicated tech. 24-hour intensivist coverage on the unit and mid-level coverage is provided. There is a full-time ICU educator available. Charting system used is EPIC along with Alaris and Pyxis equipment. Weekend rotation is every other weekend. Block scheduling may be available, but it is not guaranteed. Floating to other units may be required as needed. Called off three shifts per 13-week assignment. Scrub color is flexible. There are no call requirements.
