We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) to provide direct nursing care to participants in both clinic and home-based settings.
Requirements
Active Michigan RN license
RN diploma/degree from an accredited nursing program
Associate degree required; BSN preferred
Minimum 3 year Clinical Care experience with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations
1 year home care experience preferred
1 year wound care experience preferred
Current AHA CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Reliable transportation
Valid Michigan driver's license and auto insurance
Must meet required vaccination requirements
