Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to adult oncology patients in an endocrine/oncology clinic setting.
Assess patients and monitor symptoms, treatment response, and changes in condition.
Support patients with hematologic and oncology diagnoses, including leukemia, lymphoma, anemia, and other blood disorders.
Administer medications/treatments and provide ongoing patient monitoring.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, follow-up care, and disease management.
Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate patient documentation in Epic.
Provide safe, patient-centered oncology nursing care.
Required Experience & Qualifications
1+ year of Oncology RN experience required
Inpatient and/or outpatient oncology experience
Epic experience
BLS required
ACLS preferred
OCN preferred
Valid Compact or applicable State RN license in hand at submission
Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
