Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
Shift: Days – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week Contract: 13 weeks
Responsibilities
Provide safe, quality nursing care to assigned patients.
Assess patients and monitor their condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Document patient care accurately.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
Requirements
Active SD RN License or Compact RN License – IN HAND, REQUIRED
BLS – Required
Must confirm preferred schedule: 8-hour days or 10-hour days
Must be available for 40 hours/week
No prior permanent employment with Avera or Sanford accepted.
