Job Summary:
This position is for an Oncology Clinic healthcare professional based in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves rotating day and night shifts, with a focus on high-acuity inpatient hematology and oncology patients. The successful candidate will provide specialized care within an acute care setting, supporting patients undergoing complex treatments such as bone marrow transplant and cell therapy.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating D/N shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, at least 1 year of clinical experience, location in or willing to commute to Boston, Massachusetts
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with bone marrow transplant (BMT), chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CART) therapy, Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) chemo-immunotherapy certification, inpatient oncology research experience, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
• Additional Information: Facility notes should be reviewed for specific clinical duties and operational requirements. The role involves caring for oncology research patients and those undergoing intensive treatment protocols.
