Job Summary
A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Oncology Clinic in Massachusetts. This position involves delivering patient care through the nursing process, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Outpatient experience, ONCC Oncology Nursing Certification (ONCCLI), successful passage of Pharmacology exam, capable of working with terminally ill patients and their families, must read, write and communicate in English, no minimum years of experience required
  • Preferred Qualifications: BSN degree, demonstrated skills in education and counseling of oncology patients, experience with both curative and palliative treatment modalities
  • Additional Information: The position involves delivering comprehensive patient care, documentation, team collaboration, patient education, and participation in hospital and community activities. The role requires proficiency in computerized nursing informatics and adhering to safety policies and procedures.
