Job Title: Clinical Care Coordinator – Med/Tele/Swing RN
Location: Valley City, ND
Assignment Details:
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM
Shift Length: 12 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Orientation: 12 hours + 3–4 shifts of unit orientation
Setting: Acute Care (Critical Access Hospital)
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care for acute and swingbed patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, CHF, pancreatitis, GI bleeds, and rehab cases.
Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, NG tube and foley insertion.
Set up and manage RT equipment (vents, CPAP, BiPAP, HFNC).
Read own telemetry strips (Mindray monitors).
Collaborate with CNA staff for patient care, vitals, and weights.
Participate in code team as needed.
Document care using MEDITECH charting system.
