Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Technologist – Western North Carolina

Location: Marion, North Carolina

Schedule: Monday through Friday; Stress Lab 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Cardiac Rehabilitation Monday/Wednesday/Friday 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Highlights:

• Dual-role position covering both cardiac stress testing and cardiac rehabilitation services
• Perform advanced stress testing including stress echocardiography, dobutamine stress testing, and nuclear stress testing
• Documentation systems include Cerner and Scottcare; stress equipment includes Case System
• Patient ratios: 1:1 during stress testing, 1:4 in cardiac rehabilitation
• Work in a facility that is part of a nationally recognized health system serving as the region's referral center
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or call requirements

Requirements:

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
• Demonstrated experience performing all types of cardiac stress testing (stress echo, dobutamine stress, nuclear stress)
• Strong knowledge of EKG interpretation specific to stress testing
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and stress test protocols
