Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or higher in Nursing, current RN license, 13 years of experience in intensive care nursing, minimum of 1 year of float or cross-unit experience, valid in North Carolina
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospital or acute care setting, additional certifications such as ACLS and BLS
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: The role involves providing specialized critical care services, adapting to different units as needed, and adhering to all hospital policies and procedures. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and flexibility to support varying unit needs.
