Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Opportunity:
RN - ICU/CCU - FLOAT
Job Details:
• Evening/Night shifts with 8 and 12 hour shift options available, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 4x12 schedule available if preferred
• Every other weekend required with some holidays
• 6-7 weekend shifts per contract
• Patient ratio of 1:3 for both day and night shifts
• Float position covering multiple ICU units including Neuro ICU, Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic ICU, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery ICU, Medical Surgical ICU, and IMC/Progressive/General care populations
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Charting experience in Epic required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Wisconsin RN or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS required - AHA only
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred
• Must pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start
• Must be competent in multiple ICU specialties including arrhythmia interpretation
• Required skills include arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, central line care and management, continuous IV sedation and paralytics, CVVHD/CRRT, emergency medications, high flow nasal cannula, ICP monitoring, IV insulin protocols, management of multisystem organ dysfunction, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, ventilator management, and traumatic brain injury care
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
• Travelers are required to float as needed
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
