Seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for a high-acuity Cardiac ICU Float Pool assignment.
Position Highlights:
- 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Critical Care Float Pool
- Cardiac ICU experience required
- High-acuity cardiac device experience
- Invasive cardiac monitoring with Swan-Ganz
- Epic experience
- CRRT, IABP, Impella, and ECMO experience preferred
Key Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Perform critical care nursing skills based on patient needs
- Monitor and respond to changing patient conditions
- Document nursing care accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient education and support discharge planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Cardiac ICU experience
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS required
- NIHSS preferred
- Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license
- Strong hemodynamic monitoring and critical care skills
