Medlivo is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Active AZ/Multisate license required.
• 2 years of RN CVICU experience required.
• Required certifications: BLS,ACLS from AHA NIHSS.
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
• Shift & Contract: 12hr (06:00 - 18:30); Wknd Requirement: will be based on unit needs/demands
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Phoenix,AZ.
