Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This role involves providing care for patients who require post-procedural monitoring and support. The patients are typically those recovering from cardiac or interventional procedures and are classified as Med/Tele status.

Shift Information

• Days: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)
• Nights: 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)

Holiday and weekend rotation is required. Hours are not guaranteed, and overtime is paid at the regular, all-inclusive rate. No call responsibilities are included.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of critical care or cardiac experience is required.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
• 1-2 years of critical care or cardiac experience.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the care of patients who meet the post-procedure level of care, ensuring their safety and comfort as they recover from medical interventions.
