Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) for a facility in McAllen, Texas. This role involves night shifts with a focus on providing expert patient care within a highly specialized environment. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in CVICU with POD 0 Open Hearts, along with proficiency in IABP and Impella management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas, CVICU experience of at least 2 years, NIHSS certification, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to analyze and assess patient conditions, thorough knowledge of arrhythmia management, pathophysiology, and hemodynamics, excellent communication, coordination, and delegation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Information: Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to give expert analysis and assess patient conditions effectively.
