Job Details:
- Location: Worcester, Massachusetts.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher, no minimum experience required, located within the United States, and at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cardiovascular intensive care and knowledge of unit-specific protocols preferred.
- Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising direct clinical care for patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. The role requires collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Officer to ensure high standards of patient safety, staff competency, and resource management. The position involves participation in on-call rotation during the week, including one first call shift and one second call shift per month, as well as every other weekend.
