Job Summary:
Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. The role involves evaluating health status through ongoing data collection, performing health teaching and counseling, providing therapy and treatment, executing delegated medical functions, and referring patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed. Additional duties include reviewing and monitoring therapy plans, documenting per hospital and regulatory guidelines, and promoting the mission, vision, and values of SCL Health. Floating to other departments and being placed on-call during scheduled shifts may be required.

Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN).
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- ACLS certification.
- NIH certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
