Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below                
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel

Required - Candidates must have experience with impella, balloon pump, heart recovery. Requesting proficient in Impella, IABP, CRRT, Post open heart day 2 care, ECCMO

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Responsibilities include assuming responsibility for an assigned group of patients, documenting patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments, assisting physicians in examinations and minor diagnostic procedures, obtaining and monitoring physiological data, administering medications, and interacting with patients and families to share care plans and hospital procedures. Delegation of tasks to support staff and making referrals regarding patient care needs are also part of the role.

Required Qualifications:
- One year of experience
- Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
- Basic computer skills

Required Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Preferred Education:
- Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program

Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
