Job Description

Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights, rotating
  • Employment Type: Travel

Must-Have Requirements

  • RN License
  • BLS
  • Current CVSICU/Open-Heart ICU experience
  • Must have dedicated Open-Heart Unit experience receiving patients directly from OR
  • Experience recovering post-op cardiac surgery patients in ICU
  • Ventilator experience
  • CRRT
  • Swan-Ganz
  • Epicardial wires/pacemakers
  • Vasoactive drip titration
  • Level 1 IABP
  • ECMO
  • 36 or 48 hours/week
  • Rotating A/P shifts or straight PM

Preferred: ACLS, Critical Care Certification, trauma course, EPIC.

Biggest screening point: The candidate must have dedicated open-heart/CVSICU experience and experience with IABP + ECMO + vasoactive drips.
