Position Description: The ICU Cardiovascular specialist will work in a high-acuity cardiothoracic intensive care unit, providing specialized, 24-hour care and monitoring for post-surgical and critically ill patients.
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with 2 years specifically in the CT or CVICU. Must hold ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association.
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, days and nights; 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Must have Level 1 trauma, EPIC electronic medical record experience, and travel experience.
Submission Requirements: IVS with offer.
Separation from previous employment or affiliation with the organization for 6 or more months is required for consideration.
