First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Little Rock, Arkansas.
We are seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy, fast-paced cardiovascular service line managing some of the highest-acuity cardiac patients in the area.
The ideal candidate should have strong cardiovascular critical care experience and demonstrated competency with advanced cardiac support technologies, including ECMO, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), and VADs.

Experience with multiple forms of advanced mechanical circulatory support is essential for success in this role.
The CVICU manages highly complex cardiovascular patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced life-support interventions. Nurses should be comfortable caring for critically ill cardiac patients and managing sophisticated cardiovascular support devices.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced CVICU RN who is confident managing high-acuity cardiovascular patients and has recent hands-on experience with ECMO, Impella, IABP, and VADs.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where advanced cardiac critical-care skills and strong clinical judgment are essential.
