As a CVOR travel nurse, you’ll broaden your expertise as you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and experience a variety of clinical approaches and leadership styles unique to each new facility. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in FL or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of CVOR procedures and protocols
• Excellent critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high acuity settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care during cardiovascular surgeries
• Collaborate efficiently with surgeons and the surgical team
• Ensure sterile field and proper surgical instrumentation handling
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes
• Document operative procedures and patient outcomes accurately
• Participate in patient assessments, preparation, and recovery coordination
