To qualify, you need a current Florida RN license or compact license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. One year of cardiovascular operating room experience is required. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, teamwork, and adaptability in a high-acuity surgical environment. Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred.
