Job Summary Open Heart and Vascular Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) position available in an operating room setting in Indianapolis. This role entails circulating and possibly scrub duties in a busy cardiovascular operating room environment, working Monday through Friday with dayshift hours. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, critical thinking, and a positive attitude to support the surgical team during complex cardiac procedures.
Job Details
Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS and ACLS certifications, at least 2 years of experience working in an operating room, open heart and vascular surgery experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Circulating and scrubbing skills are beneficial but not mandatory
Additional Information: No float requirement. Candidate must be able to work with Heart and Vascular surgery patients in a team environment. First day onboarding details will be provided by the onboarding educator.
Position Status: Vacant position created to fill a current staffing need, with an anticipated assignment start date of 11/02/2026, concluding on 01/25/2027.
