Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years of CVOR experience in cardiovascular operating room nursing
• Main OR experience and willingness to float to the main operating room
• Experience with cardiovascular surgical procedures preferred
• Strong ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented surgical environment
• Meditech experience preferred
• Ability to scrub is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgery patients
• Assist with CABG, valve replacement, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, CSTs, and the OR team to maintain efficient workflow
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
• Float to the main OR as needed to support surgical services
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow using the facility EMR system
• Support a fast-paced, high-acuity cardiovascular operating room setting
