Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel RN, on-site
• Location: Towson, Maryland
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (06:30 AM - 5:00 PM), rotating Monday-Friday as needed
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,660-$2,800
• On-Call: Required for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Orientation: 20 hours
• Setting: High-volume cardiac interventional center with 2 cath labs and 1 hybrid OR

Job Requirements

• Active Maryland or Compact RN license at time of submission
• 2+ years of recent catheterization lab or interventional scrub experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• RCIS and/or ARRT-R required
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity procedural setting
• CPI certification may be required for compliance
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support complex structural heart and cardiovascular interventions
• Perform sterile scrub duties, room setup, and equipment preparation
• Monitor hemodynamics and maintain accurate procedural documentation
• Assist with advanced procedures such as PCI, IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, and PFO/ASD closures
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and sterile procedural environment
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays
