Travel Nurse Job Details

• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: 5x8 and 4x10 options with varying shift times between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Call: Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,820 - $2,970
• Setting: Cardiovascular procedural environment with opportunities to support EP, cath, and cath holding areas
• Charting System: Epic

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience
• Critical Care (ICU), Cardiac Care (CC), or Emergency Department (ED) experience required
• Active Virginia RN license or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Epic experience required
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, cardiac monitoring, and procedural sedation support
• Ability to work rotating call and provide coverage on two of the three winter holidays

CVOR and Cath Lab Responsibilities

• Assist with minimally invasive cardiac procedures in a high-acuity cardiovascular setting
• Support electrophysiology, cath, and cath holding workflows as needed
• Prepare patients, maintain procedural readiness, and provide safe intra-procedure monitoring
• Assist with interventions such as diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, cardioversions, PCI, and related cardiac procedures
• Monitor hemodynamic status, maintain sterile technique, and uphold infection prevention standards
• Document accurately in Epic and collaborate closely with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations
