RN – CVOR (Hybrid Cath Lab) | Roles & Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care to cardiovascular patients before, during, and after surgical procedures in the Hybrid Cath Lab.

Scrub and circulate for a wide range of cardiovascular and endovascular surgical procedures.

Prepare patients, surgical instruments, equipment, and the Hybrid Cath Lab prior to procedures.

Assist surgeons and the procedural team during complex cardiovascular interventions while maintaining a sterile field.

Monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond to changes in patient condition.

Administer medications, assist with intraoperative care, and support patient recovery following procedures.

Operate and assist with advanced Hybrid Cath Lab technology and cardiovascular equipment.

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Participate in rotating weekend, on-call, and holiday coverage as scheduled.

Required Documents / Certifications

• Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• 2+ years of high-volume intraoperative CVOR RN experience
• Must be able to both scrub and circulate in CVOR
• Colorado CAPS background clearance (required prior to start)
