Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis - $1,780 per week in Tuscaloosa, AL

Job Title: Dialysis RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in nursing with at least 1 recent year in dialysis License: Registered Nurse license (State of Alabama or compact license) Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross certification Must-Have: - Associate degree in nursing - Ability to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English Description: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Accepting 36 or 48 hours per week. Requirements for holidays as needed and every other weekend. The dialysis unit has multiple bays and the ability to perform various types of dialysis treatments. The nursing staff prepares and performs dialysis treatments for patients. Dialysis ratios are typically 1:2 () or 1:3 (RN + ). The equipment used includes Fresenius machines and Gambro as needed. Training will be provided for those not familiar with the specific machines. Professional nursing certification is preferred.
