Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis - $2,070 per week in Rochester, NY

The contract duration is 9 weeks. The shift is days, working 3x12-hour shifts from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Scheduling will vary depending on department needs. You will need to be able to run a 4:1 patient assignment and take charge of 21 stations. Charge nurse experience is required. Candidates may be required to float to various dialysis locations. Rotating Saturdays and occasional Sundays may be necessary due to holidays. Local candidates may be considered at a lower rate. You will be responsible for setting up dialysis machines and managing patient care. The position requires proficiency in various dialysis-related skills, including cannulation and emergency protocols. This role includes overseeing patient treatment, ensuring safety and effectiveness of dialysis procedures. Candidates with previous charge experience and familiarity with electronic health records are preferred. Infection control and the ability to respond to patient emergencies are key responsibilities.
