Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis - $2,104 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months Dialysis experience required, with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice; driver’s license to verify residency; recent completion of a dialysis skills checklist Description: This position requires working from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with every other Saturday scheduled and rotating overnight call on Sundays. Both BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of Dialysis experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months. Life support certifications must be from an accepted provider. No hits on state license to practice are acceptable, and verified documentation of the active license is required. Intermittent on-call responsibilities will be determined by the facility. Weekend schedules will also be determined by the facility. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments, as this will expedite the offer process. All candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
