Opportunity:

RN - Dialysis

Job Details:

• Variable day/PM shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour increments
• Start times vary based on patient and clinic need, ranging from as early as 5:00 AM to as late as 7:30 PM
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• On-call requirement of 3 times per two-week period, with 2 of those potentially falling on every other working weekend; 1-hour response time required
• Assignment coverage may include both inpatient and outpatient RN and PCT roles based on need
• Block scheduling can be accommodated
• Float between inpatient and outpatient settings only
• Inpatient patient ratio is 1:4 with a dialysis tech, or 1:1 in ICU units; outpatient ratio is 1:8
• Charting experience with Epic preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; previous dialysis experience in an inpatient setting required
• Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN License and BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Scrubs: any color

The facility supports both inpatient and outpatient dialysis services, including ICU-level care, and is equipped with advanced technology and resources to serve a diverse patient population. The organization maintains high standards for patient care with specialized services including CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis.
