Duties
Charge RN responsibilities
Physician care rounds
IDT meetings
Report abnormal findings and document
Complete care plans and assessments
Medication reconciliation
Monthly progress notes
Perform duties within scope as requested
Scheduling / Float
May float to other Albany-area clinics
Saturday rotation may be required based on client need
Scheduling requests must be disclosed at submission
Shifts may change based on census/staffing needs
