Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of in-center chronic dialysis and ensure safe, high-quality care
- Provide patient education on dialysis treatments, medications, and self-care
- Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians to maintain strong clinical practice
- Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and collaborate on care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Collaborate closely with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers for coordinated care
- Document care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
