Shift Type: Rotating 10-13 hour AM & PM shifts, Monday - Saturday (variable start/end times depending on assignment)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee delivery of in-center chronic dialysis and ensure safe, high-quality care
  • Provide patient education on dialysis treatments, medications, and self-care
  • Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians to maintain strong clinical practice
  • Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and collaborate on care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Collaborate closely with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers for coordinated care
  • Document care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
