License: Compact or Single State License required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS required
Must-Have:
- PD, CRRT, SLED, EPIC, Charge and Prismaflex experience preferred.
- Charge experience preferred for registered nurses.

Candidates with prior experience in dialysis preferred, but not required.
Clinicians may be required to perform tasks within their scope of practice as requested.
Shifts are approximate and may be modified based on census and staffing needs.
Guaranteed hours are 40 hours per week.
Expected to work 4 days per week.
Due to scheduling rotations, specific requests may affect guaranteed hours.
On-call rotation is required on Sundays from 0600-1800.
Weekend rotation is required based on client need.
Scheduling requests should be communicated at the time of application.
Various computerized systems will be used for charting.
