Job Description
TravelNurseSource is working with Pyramid Consulting, Inc. to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, 69361!
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatments.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Operate and monitor dialysis equipment while ensuring patient safety and treatment effectiveness.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR and Fresenius-T systems.
- Follow infection prevention protocols, dialysis safety standards, and facility policies.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
