Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis - $2,274 per week in Pittsfield, MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Renal Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3 years of current Renal experience required License: Massachusetts RN license required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required Must-Have: - Must have own vehicle - Permanent address must be included in profile - All requested time off must be included in profile Description: Effective immediately, you must include your agency Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license with all submissions. This license is required by the state in order to staff for temporary needs. To avoid delays in processing, please include your permanent address in your profile upload. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks if scheduled or needed: Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and the weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day. Any scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. The facility will not approve scheduling requests after the time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal.
