Job Description

Outpatient chronic dialysis clinic. Clinical expectations and qualifications are consistent with an acute dialysis setting; however, the primary difference is caring for chronic outpatient dialysis patients rather than acute inpatient patients.

Responsibilities

  • Collect patient vital signs and laboratory specimens
  • Administer medications
  • Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments
  • Provide dialysis treatments to assigned patients
  • Complete thorough documentation in EPIC and HII/Infian
  • Set up and break down dialysis machines
