Seeking an experienced Acute Dialysis RN for a short-term hospital-based dialysis project utilizing the Tablo Hemodialysis System.
Position Highlights:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 40 hours/week
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call
• Acute care and ICU patient population
• Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Expedited credentialing and onboarding
Key Duties:
• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients
• Provide dialysis care for acute care, Med/Surg, and ICU patients
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, vascular access, and patient response
• Operate and troubleshoot the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Manage AV fistulas, AV grafts, and dialysis catheters
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
• Maintain infection prevention, safety, and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing teams
Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of recent acute dialysis experience
✔ Hospital-based acute dialysis experience required
✔ ICU dialysis experience required or strongly preferred
✔ Current unrestricted Arizona RN license or applicable Compact license
✔ BLS
✔ ACLS
✔ Proficiency with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
✔ Competency with AV fistula, AV graft, and dialysis catheter access
✔ Ability to independently manage acute dialysis treatments
✔ Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
✔ Ability to complete required Tablo University modules and credentialing before start date
