Requirements:

Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
Previous Dialysis experience, required.
Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
Must be able to work at any PSKCs clinic located on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend).
Must be able to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing needs.
1+ years of experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC).
Provide education to patients.
Supervise Dialysis Technicians.
Adjust treatment plans per standing orders, care plans.
Monitor the patient’s outcomes.
Administer medications.
Participate in quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with other members of the patient’s care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist).
