Job Description
Guarantee Hours (Weekly): 36 hrs
5:30 am – 10:30pm – 3x12’s dependent upon the department needs
**able to run a 4:1 assignment, and Charge for 21 stations**
**CHARGE BUMP FOR PAY**
Schedule requesting: M-F , 05:30am -2230pm (12 hours), days vary dependant on staffing needs
Weekends - Yes - Rotating, 5:30 am – 10:30 pm
Occasional Sunday due to Holidays
Floating: Yes - All Dialysis locations
BLS Required
Locals Okay at a Lower Rate
Special Notes: Must have Chronic experience, able to run a 4:1 assignment and Charge for 21 stations
