Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse – Georgia

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 or 38 hours per week, 8 or 13-week assignment options available. Holiday coverage is an expectation of this role.

• Fast-paced environment with changing patient acuity levels, including medical beds and trauma overflow
• Patient population ranges from lower to higher acuity, including mid holds
• May be required to float to other areas based on competency and unit needs

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical or Observation Unit experience in an acute care setting
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
