Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Director of Nursing (DON) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Candidates must have active RN licensure and previous nursing leadership/management experience; DON experience is strongly preferred. Responsible for leading nursing staff, overseeing resident care, staffing, compliance, quality improvement, and clinical operations.
Schedule: Days | 40 hours/week | Flexible 4-day schedule with required on-call coverage Monday–Sunday, 5 PM–8 AM | 13-week contract | Steamboat, CO.
