Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN DOU - Direct Observation Unit for a travel nursing job in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2304
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg/Observation
Job Details:
• 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation required
• Every other holiday expected
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating required
• Minimum 18 months of experience required
• First-time travelers are not eligible
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Care for patients including post-surgical, CVA, sepsis, pneumonia, trauma, MI, pediatrics, and obstetric emergencies
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC
• Required skills: Airway management and RSI knowledge, cardiac drips, codes, CVA and STEMI management
• Charting system: Epic EMR
• IV Pumps: Alaris
• Medication dispensing: Pyxis
• Scrub color: Navy blue
• Free parking available
• Orientation includes NEO and two 12-hour shifts on the unit
Facility:
This facility is a 60-bed Level 4 Trauma and stroke-ready facility featuring 17 exam rooms and a 4-bed observation unit. The facility offers robust support services including ED techs, LPN coverage, a VAT team during the day, ultrasound-guided IV-trained RNs, respiratory therapy, 24/7 hospitalist coverage, and occupational, physical, and speech therapy services.
