Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) RN position in McKinney, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality care in a busy Emergency Department with a 37-bed, Level 2 Trauma designated unit. The RN will be responsible for managing a wide range of emergency cases, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with clinical guidelines.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have experience working in Emergency Rooms, with proficiency in Meditech electronic medical records, and have current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
Unit staff includes charge nurses, registered nurses, technicians, and paramedics.
Patient ratios are approximately 1:4 in each zone.
Procedures typically performed include urgent and emergent interventions for trauma and medical cases.
The role requires a quick start, with minimal PTO requests.
Dress code is royal blue scrubs.
Weekend shifts: 4 per 4-week period, with no on-call responsibilities.
