Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising direct patient care; overseeing staff delegation; supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high standards of nursing care and resource management.
Additional Information: The role involves supervising clinical staff to ensure the delivery of appropriate care and maintaining competency standards.
