Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department, ER, or acute care nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI
• Strong adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-moving clinical environment
• Experience with IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac rhythm interpretation preferred
• Previous RN, medic, or technician experience in acute care settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to emergency patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Perform IV insertion, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring, and other essential ED procedures
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, paramedics, technicians, and support staff
• Prioritize care effectively in a busy environment with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
• Support a positive, professional, and compassionate patient experience
