Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a high-volume, Level Trauma ED. The role involves providing critical care to a diverse adult patient population in a state-of-the-art facility. The position offers an opportunity to work in a comprehensive emergency department with a focus on patient safety and efficient care delivery.
Job Details:
Location: The healthcare provider is seeking candidates located at least 60 miles from the facility.
Schedule: Nights shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours guaranteed per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as an RN, current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. A minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency department settings, critical care experience, ability to manage drips and IV administration.
Additional Information: The unit has 11 beds with a patient ratio of approximately 4:1. The environment includes EHR systems using Paragon. No call requirements. Dress code is scrubs of any color, with no unacceptable attire listed.
